TORRINGTON, CT—Community Health & Wellness Center (CHWC) is pleased to announce that Melanie Mollica, APRN, has joined the Federally Qualified Health Center’s (FQHCs) medical team in Torrington. Her start date is April 26th, and patients can begin booking appointments with her after April 15th.

CHWC’s allergy team tests for 60 different environment allergens—from mold spores and trees to grass and pollen—and 30 different food allergens. |

Community Health & Wellness employees are deemed to be an employee of the Public Health Service (PHS) and covered for FTCA Medical Malpractice.
