Community Health and Wellness (CHW), Torrington, CT, is the first of 17 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in Connecticut and one of the few healthcare facilities in the state to acquire an innovative new COVID-19 testing booth, developed by Kewaunee Scientific Corporation, Statesville, North Carolina.

Torrington, CT - Community Health & Wellness has signed on to Unite Connecticut, a statewide initiative of the Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) that connects health and social services providers through a shared technology platform (Unite Us) designed to identify and address the social needs of patients through a closed-loop referral process.
