Community Health & Wellness Center Hosting a Family Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic

​Torrington, CT, —Community Health & Wellness Center (CHWC) is offering a Family COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, December 29th, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at its 469 Migeon Aveue, Torrington location for children five years of age and older. Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or those parents or guardians wishing to receive a booster may also register to be vaccinated.  

CHWC is requesting pre-registration and appointments due to the supply of available vaccine.  The Center will collect insurance information although there is no cost to receive the vaccine.

A parent or guardian will be required to be in attendance for minors to be vaccinated. To offer the most protection from the vaccine, CHWC will host a 2nd dose clinic for those who received their first dose on December 29th.
