(North Canaan, CT) – June 17, 2024 – Community Health & Wellness Center (CHWC) is ecstatic to announce that the new Regional Healthcare Center in North Canaan will officially begin seeing patients on July 1, 2024.
The center, located at 6-8 East Main Street, North Canaan, offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, chronic disease management, and chiropractic care. Joanne Borduas, CEO of CHWC, voiced her excitement saying “We are truly honored to be part of this community and officially open our doors to our friends and neighbors to offer the comprehensive health care this area needs. With the support of our community partners and advocates, we are optimistic about the future and what we can offer to the residents of the northwest corner.” CHWC will be open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
