The Community Health & Wellness Center is committed to “providing quality, compassionate, and professional health care that is affordable, easily accessible and without discrimination to all residents” of the greater Torrington area. The center provides comprehensive primary and preventive health care regardless of your ability to pay.

PRESCRIPTION POLICY

In an effort to better serve our patients, and to manage the large number of medication refills, we ask our patients to help us manage medication refills in a more efficient way: Please call for medication refills at least 2-3 days in advance prior to being out completely. Please call for medication refills during weekdays – not on weekends. Please no calls for refills at night, after hours, or to the on call person. Please call for medication refills before noon on Friday. No medication refills on Friday afternoon. Please allow 24 hours for your prescription to be called into your pharmacy.
