MISSION STATEMENT:

The Community Health & Wellness Center of Greater Torrington is committed to providing quality, compassionate, and professional health care that is affordable, easily accessible and without discrimination to all residents of the northwest corner of Connecticut.

Community Health & Wellness Center (CHWC) is guided by a Board of Directors who represent community leaders and patients who use the center’s services.

CHWC would like to acknowledge the generous contributions from CT Department of Health, Department of Social Services, The United Way, The Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, and Ryan White Funding

• CHWC is a federally qualified health center
• For those who qualify, financial assistance is available
• No patient is refused medical services because of inability to pay
